This project received contribution funding through Women and Gender Equality and Youth Canada’s Women’s Program, Women’s Economic and Leadership Opportunities Fund.

Taking place over 21 months, the project team will scale Elevate Aviation’s previous “Allies in the Workplace” project to further advance women’s equality, safety, retention, and representation in leadership and decision- making roles in the aviation industry.

Partnering with aviation companies across Canada to promote equality for women and underrepresented groups, the WCC team will provide expert services in DEI consulting and training, succession planning, organizational support for company structure, recruitment strategy development, and advising on best practices to create safe and inclusive workplaces.
