Our Process

Using the Gender Based Analysis+ (GBA+) framework and the Global Diversity
Equity and Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) tool, we employ these key elements:

Assess

Our team works with your organization using the Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) tool to effectively assess the current DEI status of your organization.

Co-Create

We work alongside you to co-create meaningful and sustainable strategies unique to your organization that align with your DEI and HR goals.

Build Capacity

Our team develops and delivers training programs, workshops and educational resources to build the capacity of your staff to enhance the effectiveness and impact of newly implemented DEI initiatives.

Support

Our team offers ongoing support throughout the process and provides the opportunity to reevaluate and refine your DEI state and the effectiveness of your DEI initiatives.

Phases

This work is done in the following phases:

Phase One

We meet with your leadership team to determine the depth of support required by the organization and to advise on developing a DEI Change Committee.

Phase Two

We provide training for the DEI Change Committee to properly use our Assessment tool to assess multiple categories and ensure a comprehensive understanding of the organizations’ DEI Landscape.

Phase Three

DEI Change Committee to complete assessment.

Phase Four

Our team conducts a fully customized analysis and co-creates with you to produce a set of recommendations with short, medium, and long-term strategies to ensure sustainable organizational change.

Phase Five

Customized training is developed and facilitated, to increase capacity for implementing the proposed recommendations across the organization. Our workshops are highly engaging and can be provided in person, fully online, or hybrid (a mix of both in person and online workshops).

Phase Six

Our consultants and strategists work closely with key players in your organization to implement recommended changes.

Phase Seven

Ongoing support and guidance are provided throughout the process with the opportunity to reevaluate your DEI state after the implementation of initiatives.
